After returning from studying abroad in London, April took a break from school and began working in the distribution center for an action sports retailer based out of the greater Seattle area. Seeing what goes on behind the scenes of a retail business, combined with her background in graphic design, inspired April to choose Marketing as a major. She obtained her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University.
She spends her time outside of work keeping up with her three kids and still loves to travel when she gets the chance. Interior design has been a passion of April’s since she was a toddler. She is thrilled to have a position that combines so many of the things she loves.

Deb and Bob Varner are the owners of Granite Transformations in the Cascadia region. They both spent years working for large corporations, Deb in Finance and Operations and Bob in Market Research. In 2003 they transitioned into ownership of Granite Transformations, and they love what they do. They have been working to expand the operation every few years.
Deb and Bob chose Granite Transformations because of the outstanding product, revolutionary process, and the ability to have a positive impact on people’s homes and lives in just a few days. Their favorite part of the job is getting to work with customers. As owners, they are very active in the operations of their company. Deb can often be found running design consultation appointments, returning phone calls, and meeting with customers in the office. Bob is always out templating people’s homes and running return appointments to ensure that every customer is thrilled with their final result.
When not at work, Deb and Bob enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. They have adventurous spirits and can often be found sailing and hiking in the PNW and around the world.
The happiness of their customers and employees is their number one priority. They worked hard to build a business to be proud of. Deb and Bob believe in going above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers and work tirelessly to meet that standard every day.
